Inspired by the stunning beauty of the Iris pallida, Angélique captures the refined essence of an enchanting spring garden.

Cascades of French mimosa, osmanthus and white champaca are interwoven with the powdery, violet facets of precious iris butter. Virginia cedar and subtle notes of incense lend this tender composition an ethereal lightness and delicate freshness.

Inspiration behind the fragrance

Inspiration for a new fragrance comes to our perfumer in many ways, but nowhere more often than from nature in her own garden. Angélique began as an olfactory portrait of the scent of her children when they were still babies, with iris concrete as the foundation of the formula. After a careful study of the iris pallida, the perfume unfolded as a sketch of nature itself: a foretaste of what Angélique would ultimately become.

Angélique evolved into a perfume based on her personal interpretation of the magnificent Iris pallida, a flower as enchanting and beautiful as nature itself.
